Has working from home (WFH) taken a toll on your body? Do you feel aches and pains in your back and neck with prolonged hours in front of the screen? Is maintaining focus a challenge?
If yes, join the learning space to:
1) Understand how chair yoga helps your body and mind
2) Learn and practice simple asanas in chair yoga
3) Discuss challenges a desk job and/or WFH has imposed on your body and mind
