About the event

Why do some problems keep recurring in my life, time and again? Why am I unable to engage harmoniously with some people? How can I shift my unhelpful behaviour patterns?

If you have found yourself asking these questions, join the experiential learning space to:

More about the Facilitator:

Ruchi and Kapil have a deep-rooted conviction that “like so many other skills, well-being too can be learned.” It springs from her own personal experience and drives her interest and passion in supporting others to cultivate wellbeing. Ruchi is focused on taking wellbeing programs to individuals, organizations and educational institutions while Kapil is keen on weaving collaborative learning ecosystems and communities that support wellbeing for all.

Ruchi and Kapil support Wellbeing Initiatives of Viridus Social Impact Solutions and are co-initiators of the Wellbeing Movement.

This learning space is a part of The Nurturing Zone, a platform offered by the Wellbeing Movement. The platform aims to offer insights, develop skills and cultivate practices towards wellbeing by connecting practitioners and doers with a community of individuals who are keen to work on their own wellbeing.
